Membership

Please us the forms below to register as a UNPLS member for the 2025/2026 season.
If you have already paid your subs this year, still register below, select "Other" for payment method and we will add your sub payment to your record manually.

Patrolling Memberships

• Patrolling memberships are for Lifeguards and Patrol Supports, please register in the appropriate category (U19 or Senior)
• If you are a lifeguard who is also signing up children for Junior Surf, please use the Junior Surf Family Membership Form.

Family Memberships:

• Family Memberships are for our Junior Surf children and parents.
• Add at least one parent/caregiver under "Primary Contact". Additional parents or caregivers can be added as Primary contacts or Family Members.
• Add all Children as "Family Members" .

Associate Membership

• Associate Memberships are for members who are active in the club but non-patrolling e.g campground members, parents or partners of lifegaurds etc.

Supporters Memberships

• A supporters membership is a non-active, non-official membership, for supporters or community members who would like to donate to the club on an annual basis and be kept up to date on wider club news and events.
